Anyone that has done a home project, especially on a older home, knows that things don't always go as planned. That's what happened when our new shower was installed. We were not happy with the end product so we called and told them. One of the Selig owners came out and looked at the project and agreed it needed to be redone. It was that easy! We had a valid complaint and they agreed, so they didn't just fix it, they ripped it out and put in a completely new shower. This is how you build a loyal customer base.
