My experience to was phenomenal. Kevin, From the Chico branch, came out at around 3 P.M. to take a look at a piping issue under our sink. He took a gander at it and assured me that it will be fixed. Kevin needs to revisit this week to finish the issue due to the lack of pieces that are provided for the job. His friendly service and wonderful happy attitude makes the visit a welcome one. Thanks Kevin for the great communication and we appreciate the company you represent. Your customer service is second to none.
