We first met with Chuck, he answered all our questions about the walk in tub. Within 2 weeks Patrick was here to install the tub. Julian came today to assist Patrick with the completion of the install. They were very polite and cleaned up nicely behind themselves. We have not used the tub yet (we need to wait 24 hours) We are very excited about the tub. It looks great. When the young man comes on Monday I hope he will bring me some cards to share with my friends. Thank you so much!! Susan
