Change in review
OK, I wrote a negative review earlier this morning, which was truthful nonetheless. I have to say, I was happily surprised to get a phone call a short time later. I received an apology, and someone came out and had everything fixed by 2:00 in the afternoon. Much more like I had expected. Iwould recommend them!
No follow-up, warranty worthless!
We had patio doors and Windows installed several years ago now, after having been solicited by Selig. The salesman guaranteed us a lifetime warranty, saying (and writing on our contract) that even if we threw a ball through the window by accident it would be repaired at no cost. First experience was when one of our screens was torn and we wanted it replaced. They provided the screen free of charge. but then charged us nearly $100 ti replcae it. Ridiculous!! Then, and this is the kicker. a piece of our locking mechanism oin the patio door broke off two years ago. I called to either get it fixed or have a replacement part sent to me. I have now called three times in two years, speaking with a receptionist who sends me to voice mail for service. I left my concern, and have NEVER gotten a response. So here I am two years later with a back door that won't lock. Don't believe their promises. ..
Amazing
2 years ago I had the windows put in due to energy efficient necessities for my home being that it's a manufactured home and older I could not believe how amazing the difference was and how much better it made the home look and feel this year I purchased a new slider with the doggy door insert which I had should have done when I did my windows my electric bill has decreased since I put the windows in and has decreased even further over a $100 after the slider was put in. The owner Scott is amazing and truly Cares for the people he serves I could not have found a more honest reliable and professional business thank you so much for all you guys have done for me.
Great Job by Selig
A couple weeks ago I was talking to my neighbor about some windows he had installed in his home. He spoke very highly about a company, Selig Construction, who did the installation, so I decided to at least get a quote from them. When the salesman arrived at my home, he asked a couple questions, took some measurements, and got right into giving me a quote. The quote was surprisingly cheaper than I expected, and he even threw in a Luxury Resort Voucher to close the deal. I signed the deal that day and am awaiting the installation of my new windows. Based on my experience thus far, I would definitely recommend Selig Construction to my family and friends.

Beautiful handicap bathroom.
The handicap bathroom you installed in our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!! We just sold our home and it was one of the main reasons we sold our home at such a good price!! We loved using it and will miss it very much!! Thank you for your wonderful service & amazing bathroom!!
Great work!!
We are very pleased with the shower remodel project your company completed for our home in Forest Ranch, CA. We appreciated your making sure the project could be installed in a short time frame inasmuch as my sister and her quadriplegic husband had lost their home in Magalia during the Camp Fire, and are now living at our home in Forest Ranch. Because he requires a fully handicap entrance into the shower, we simply could not properly accommodate him with the shower we had in the downstairs bathroom without having your company install a proper roll-in shower enclosure. According to my sister, the completed job looks wonderful and will be a great accommodation for her handicapped husband. Overall, your rating is at the top of the scale starting with our placing the order including your fellows getting all the measurements, the quick turnaround time for getting the products needed and the efficient and professional installation. We would gladly recommend Selig Construction/Bath Planet to anyone requiring a bathroom remodel. Thank you so much for a job well done!
Happy Mother-in-law, Tub looks good
